Access to the School Museum has been enhanced with the construction of a permanent disability ramp.
In the past temporary ramps needed to be hired for special exhibitions
The ramp will give mobility impaired visitors the opportunity to gain easier access into the old school building and view the fabulous collection it houses.
The ramp was constructed by local businesses Benchmark and Rod Kilby of Lochleigh Enterprises. The painting of the hanrail was experttly done by the Hall Mens Shed. Many thanks to all.
The Museum greatly appreciates the financial support from the ACT Government through an 2013-14 ACT Heritage Grant and the Village of Hall & District Progress Association.
