National Trust walk around the village
23 February 2025

Participants enjoying morning tea and an introduction to the centre by one of our volunteers Peter Browning
More than 30 participants meandered around the village this morning, Sunday 23rd February, following a trail that is listed in the Hall self-guided heritage tour booklet - one of a series produced for the ACT government by the National Trust ACT and launched in July 2024.
Phil Robson and Rosemary Blemmings led the group, offering expert information about the history of Hall and the native environment within which it is located. Following on from the walk volunteers hosted a morning tea and tours of the centre, including our 1911 bush school.
A second village walk will be held later in the year as there is a wait-list of 40+ people who want to savour what the village has to offer.
