Back to school for Womens International Club members
It was a pleasure to host a visit from the Womens International Club Canberra on 26th August.
The Yass Valley History & Culinary Delights Circle of the Club, convened by Rhondda Nicholas, the Circle Leader enjoyed a fine 'double-header' - lunch at the Poachers Pantry followed by a visit to the Centre.
Peter Browning and Alastair Crombie give short introductions to what the Centre has to offer. Group members then spent most of their time at the old bush school, getting a good taste of school life in the 1920's.
Rhondda tells us that a further visit is under active consideration........
